Why did you choose Holly Douglas Boudoir for your session? 

I loved how the images looked.

What made you decide to take the leap of faith and do a boudoir session? 

I’m turning 40 this year and it kind of feels like a now or never for me.

Were you nervous about the shoot beforehand? If so, what were you most nervous about? 

Yes. It felt very outside of my comfort zone and Holly and her team were so supportive about that feeling.

Did you become more comfortable after the session started? If so, what helped to relax your nerves? 

Yes, absolutely. At the end of the day, it was just some women being real about what looks sexy and lifting each other up.

What was your favorite part of the experience and why? 

Actually seeing the photos was my most favorite part. I did not know I could look so awesome!

How did you feel during your session? 

I felt great! I did feel a little out of my comfort zone, and Holly and her team were so supportive.

Describe how you felt when you saw your images for the first time. 

I was stunned! I could not believe for a moment that it was actually me!

How has your relationship with your body changed since your session? 

Yes, I can see things in myself that I didn’t notice before.

What would you say to people who say they can’t do a boudoir session because they are too shy, nervous, etc? 

Lean into it! It seems scary because it’s a new experience, but it really is great fun! Holly and her team will make you feel comfortable and sexy as hell!

Anything else you’d like to add? 

This was totally worth the investment! I highly encourage everyone to lean into it and go for it, and be prepared because you will want ALL of your images!
